Prepare the tablet
- Install QuickApps from the Amazon Appstore on your own (parent) profile.
- Open Settings › Device Options › About Fire Tablet and tap Serial Number seven times to unlock Developer Options.
- In Developer Options switch USB debugging on.
- Connect the tablet to this computer with a USB cable.
In QuickApps, Parent Settings › Open guide ticks these off for you as you go.

Connect the tablet
Click the button, pick the tablet in the browser window, then look at the tablet: when it asks Allow USB debugging?, tick Always allow from this computer and tap OK.

Choose your child's profile
Tick every child profile that should get YouTube Kids.

Google apps and YouTube Kids
YouTube Kids needs four small Google packages. The list below shows what the tablet already has and what this page will add.
Drop APK files here or
QuickApps is not installed on your profile yet.
Install it from the Amazon Appstore on the tablet, then click Connect tablet again.

Install and set up
All done
The tablet is restarting. Open your child's profile: QuickApps is on the Kids home screen and YouTube Kids is already in its Favorites.
The first time YouTube Kids opens you will be asked to sign in with your Google account and set up the child's profile inside YouTube Kids.
